The work
For CEOs of rapidly scaling enterprises
I advise CEOs leading enterprises through growth, whether scaling an existing business, strengthening an acquired company, or integrating multiple businesses. As the enterprise evolves, the way it is led must evolve with it.
Every engagement begins with a clear view of how you lead, where your time and attention are going, and what the enterprise now requires that it did not a year ago. Together, we identify what is working, what is limiting progress, and where focused work will have the greatest impact.
Clients tell me they value my combination of rigor, candor, and warmth. I ask questions that surface what isn’t yet clear, challenge assumptions, and help leaders see what they may not be seeing.
Executive advisory
One-on-one executive advisory for the CEO and select members of the executive leadership team. We focus on the decisions, leadership demands, and transitions that matter most. The work begins with the EQPlus® diagnostic to surface your motivational pattern, your mindset on the overcoming–leveraging spectrum, and the patterns affecting judgment, influence, and effectiveness. From there, we build a focused engagement around what the enterprise and the leader most need next.
Leadership teams
One-on-one and team coaching, plus leadership development, for executive leadership teams and senior leaders. Beyond coaching, we bring practical tools to clarify roles and accountabilities, decision rights, and operating rhythms (RACI matrices where useful). The work strengthens how the team thinks together, makes decisions, delegates, and operates under pressure, so the enterprise can scale without every decision routing back to the CEO.
Leadership offsites
Facilitation of leadership offsites to clarify vision, strategy, and annual planning, and to turn those plans into aligned commitments. Where useful, we use objective organizational assessments to ground the offsite in a clear read of engagement, trust, and organizational effectiveness, not just the leadership team's own view of them.
How an executive advisory engagement works
How it starts
With the EQPlus® Motivation Profile, taken and debriefed at the outset, so the first leverage point is usually visible within two sessions, not after months of discovery.
The rhythm
A standing advisory relationship, typically twice a month, with direct access between sessions as situations arise. We work the decisions and situations that are live right now, not a fixed curriculum.
The arc
Initial engagements run nine months to a year. Most clients continue for as long as the work is useful. Where the constraint sits within the leadership team, the work often expands beyond the CEO to address team capability, roles, decision-making, and execution.
Engagements often begin with the CEO and broaden from there as the enterprise’s needs evolve.
Who this is for
A good fit
Founders and CEOs of rapidly scaling enterprises who are navigating an inflection point: growth, integration, transition, or a leadership team that needs to evolve. Most engagements begin through a referral from someone who has seen the work up close.
Not the right fit
A generic coaching program, a fixed curriculum, or someone to execute the work for you. This is advisory work for leaders who are responsible for enterprise-level outcomes and want a thinking partner, not a playbook.
